Successful Startup - Hat Trick Equestrian
Hat Trick Equestrian is a 2022 small business startup offering equine board and hunter-jumper training. I wrote Hat Trick’s business plan, identified key audiences and marketing strategies, prepared financial projections, and created a website that is consistent with their brand identity.
Successful Marketing - On Course Photos
In 2021 I followed a promotional schedule with my small business, On Course Photos. This schedule was based on audience data and designed to increase brand recognition and loyalty. That year, OCP increased revenue by over 150%, grew social media engagement, and doubled bookings.
Successful Management - BC Equestrian
As president of the Bridgewater College Equestrian Club, I successfully restructured the club after cuts at the school. This included starting four club teams, creating a brand identity, and providing guidance and leadership to club members. During my service, the club also increased membership and reached all of its fundraising goals.
