Through riding, I’ve learned hard work, self-discipline, and the importance of taking accountability - values that have stayed with me both in and out of the barn. Making the equestrian sport more equitable and accessible is a passion project of mine, and one way that I try to do good. I recently finished writing a series about accessibility and elitism in English riding, which you can read now.

I believe strongly that doing good is a collaborative process, that best business practices can go hand in hand with ethics, and that we can all learn from each other. To expedite that learning, I use this space to highlight stories about individuals and organizations who are making the world better with their work.
